Changes...
So, I'm off caffeine now. Yeah...then I had a 5 shot mocha yesterday. Damn oh man oh krikey!!! I was up till 4 this morning with icky stuff happening to my body. No more caffeine for me...at all...ever...again. Rough night.
I've been cutting out the fat in my diet again. Not such a big deal really...except...sighs...I miss my butter. I do love butter. I'm trying different 'alternatives', but I still miss my butter.
My stop smoking date is 1/15/2009. Goddess help me, I'll need it. Cold turkey, but if that's an issue, I'll try the Chantex...or whatever it's called. Found a place who does accupuncture, so I'll use that to get me over the initial hump.
Did I say all this already? Eh...I don't look back at old entries, so don't remember. Anyway...
We celebrated Layla's 2nd BirthDay yesterday. If you don't remember, Layla is Sara and Randy's youngest. She's such a doll...chuckles...is scared to death of stuffed animal type toys, and got several of them. She kept wrapping my arms around her reallllllly tight when they would bring them near her.
I also had to take Chrissy's cat...Mandark...to be put to sleep. He's been dying for awhile now, and was in a bad way. Chrissy couldn't do it, so I did. We buried him under the big tree down by Grandma's pond. Ground had finally thawed, so it wasn't a difficult dig. She's going to make a stone headstone for him...paint it somehow.
We are such a twisted bunch...were kinda joking with Nina about the pet cemetary out back. Jane, Pepsi, and a couple others are buried out there. I imagine mine will go there, as well...providing I'm still here anyway. Dennis had Nina going big time...telling her that we always buried our pets out in our backyards. It's true...we did. So we've always had a pet cemetary out back. Poor Nina...she cringed when Denice told her that Short (Grandma's neighbor) used the backhoe to dig a site for Pepsi. Denice simply couldn't dig one big/deep enough for such a large dog. Thankfully, Short could help. Though...I'm not sure Nina saw that as 'helpful'.
I wish I felt better today. I had plans, but now just want to chill here at home. Guess it doesn't matter...there's always tomorrow.
Love ya's...the Mutha
